Ever have a good outlandish idea for a character design and can't find someone to give it life? This is where I come in, Hi all my name is Todd Hart Jr. I am a concept artist focusing mainly on character design. I love taking the worlds that others have created and add new things to them that enrich and expand peoples visions. I also like to create entire universes from scratch. I can recreate things that people have already done but I prefer new ideas.I have 20+ Years of art experience.
